Agreement expands Sigma's relationship with Technology Networks, enabling flow-through subscriber provisioning

TORONTO - June 4, 2014 -Sigma Systems, the leader in catalog-driven Idea-to-Install products, today announced it has signed a three-year licensing and support agreement with Technology Networks, which provides the provisioning and operations services to Jupiter Telecommunications' (J:COM's) internet service. Technology Networks  will be merged with J:COM on July 1, 2014.  The contract extends Sigma's existing relationship with Technology Networks and ensures its ISP and cable businesses can realize the full benefits of the Sigma Service Management Platform (SMP) products.

"Japan has benefited from its successful government-led digital strategy, which has placed the country at the forefront of broadband connectivity in terms of speed and availability," said Tim Spencer, President and Chief Operating Officer, Sigma Systems. "As a result, Japan has been a significant growth market for Sigma, as the country's major service providers have sought out our solutions for delivering the complex and diverse digital services across these networks. Today, Sigma is enabling the growth of the digital economy, making it easier for service providers to sell and deliver more services to more customers than ever before. We are pleased to be expanding our relationship with Technology Networks  and J:COM following its recent acquisition of Japan Cablenet Limited (JCN) and to be helping J:COM to migrate JCN's services to the Sigma solution."
